Data Deletion

When you use Raddivus, we may hold the following data:

• Account information. Your name, email, and authentication details.
• Brand and content data. Brand profiles, reference materials, prompts, and the copy and images you generate.
• Connected Meta data. When you link a Facebook or Instagram account, the encrypted access token and the ad-account, Page, and Instagram business-account identifiers we use to read analytics and, where you enable it, publish content.
• Billing data. Subscription and payment status (card details are held by Stripe, never on our servers).

Deleting your data removes the items below; what gets removed depends on which method you choose.

Sign in and remove what you no longer want: delete brand profiles and generated assets, or disconnect a Meta or Google account from Settings → Connections. Disconnecting an account removes the access tokens we hold for it.

To delete your account and all associated data, email info@raddivus.com from the address on your account with the subject "Delete my account." We will confirm and complete the deletion.

If you remove Raddivus from your Facebook or Instagram settings, Meta sends us a data-deletion request automatically. We record it, delete the associated data, and provide a confirmation code and this status page so you can check progress.
